Welcome to Next Skinwear. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. General

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Next Skinwear's platform and services.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the platform under parental/guardian supervision.
Next Skinwear reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Products

All products listed on our platform are subject to availability.
We make every effort to display product colors, sizes, and descriptions as accurately as possible. However, slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing.
Next Skinwear sells shapewear, bodysuits, and intimate apparel — product hygiene guidelines must be followed as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.

3. Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Next Skinwear reserves the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

4. Orders & Payments

Placing an order on Next Skinwear constitutes an offer to purchase the product.
We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment or COD verification.
Next Skinwear reserves the right to cancel any order at its discretion, including cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock unavailability. A full refund will be issued in such cases.

5. Shipping

Orders are shipped across India as per our Shipping Policy.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.
Next Skinwear is not liable for delays caused by logistics partners, natural events, or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

6. Returns & Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy.
Products must be returned unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
Due to hygiene reasons, used or worn shapewear and bodysuits are non-returnable.

7. Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us at nextskinwear@gmail.com or +91 9913770283.
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may raise a return request after delivery as per our Returns & Refund Policy.
COD orders that are refused at delivery without a valid reason may be flagged and future COD access may be restricted.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on Next Skinwear's platform — including logos, product images, descriptions, and branding — is the intellectual property of Next Skinwear.
You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content without our prior written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

Next Skinwear shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or platform.
Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the order placed by the customer.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Gujarat, India.
